Maple Dell Farm is a producer of high quality vegetables and fruits for sale at farmers’ markets. We specialize in varieties of garlic and elderberries, as well as vegetables, many of which are heirloom, all of which are Naturally Grown. We grow:

• cucumbers
• dahlias
• garlic (scapes, bulbs and braids)
• green beans
• cut herbs

• various lettuces and cabbage
• peppers (hot and sweet)
• radishes
• rhubarb
• tomatoes (cherry, paste and slicing)
• winter squash
• zucchini

and also sell elderberries (cuttings, plants and berries), and rhubarb and other fruit jams.

We’ve got a large family garden as well, and sometimes bring excess of other fruits and vegetables to our market too.

Come visit us at the Hudson Farmers Market every Saturday 9:30-12:30 from June 4 through October 8.
